Deepika won first place in her category of Environmental Science for her project “Novel Photocatalytic Pervious Composites for Removing Multiple Classes of Toxins from Water”, and was the 1st place winner overall in the 2015 New Hampshire Science and Engineering Expo. As the overall winner, Deepika had the opportunity to represent New Hampshire in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.
